If our policy regarding shipping/delivery changes, we will update the content on this page. So please refer to this page often. Also any modifications in shipping methods or shipping rates would be updated automatically on the 'Checkout Page' during your order checkout process.
The Packaging and Delivery of Your Orders:
We do not use any type of plastic to ship your orders. All products will be sent in plastic-free packages like cardboard boxes or shopping envelopes.
For delivery we use standard shipping vehicles contains chiller system and freezer to ensure your orders remain fresh and pristine.
Shipping Date and Time:
Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a text message via WhatsApp on your registered mobile number, which will include the scheduled delivery time for your order. If the scheduled timing is inconvenient for you, you can request a rescheduling of the delivery time. Our logistics team will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability of delivery slots.
We would deliver your order on the 'SAME DAY' if you place it successfully before 4pm.
For orders submitted after 4pm, the delivery will be done on the 'Next Day'.
For products whose shipping date and time is explicitly stated , we are obligated to ship them on that specific date/time.
Based on some exceptional conditions and due to our tied-up schedule in our logistic system, we might split your orders and deliver some parts of the items which is ready for shipping, although we'd do our best to make this to be happened less. DEFINITELY YOU WOULD BE NOTIFIED BEFORE DOING ANY PARTIAL SHIPPING.
Shipping Methods and Shipping Rates
There are two kinds of shipping methods for your purchase:
- "Flat Rate Shipping": For any order less than AED 100, we will add AED 8 for delivery and shipping.
- "Free Shipping": If your order is greater or equal than AED 100, we will deliver it FOR FREE.
Delivery Country and Cities
Currently, we accept orders placed from UAE and we can deliver our products to "Dubai" and "Sharjah".
- Dubai Area Minimum Order Value: 50 AED
- Sharjah Minimum Order Value: 250 AED
