The Tasmeh Sweet is very nostalgic and memorable for Iranians and is considered one of the main components of the Haft Sin table for entertaining guests on Nowruz. This traditional and colorful sweet consists of two layers with jam or marmalade between them and is decorated with coconut powder, pistachio powder, chopped walnuts, powdered sugar, etc.
