Bandari pickle is one of the most delicious pickles. Carrots, eggplants, shallots, cucumbers, sour pomegranate paste, garlic, celery, cauliflower, hot green peppers, tomatoes, pickled apples, tamarind, spices and aromatic vegetables are used in this pickle. This pickle is known as Bandari pickle because of the sharp taste of pickles in the southern region of our country. In addition to the spiciness, these pickles also have a special and unique taste, which is due to aromatic vegetables, tamarind and pomegranate paste, which are used less often in other pickles.
ترشی بندری یکی از انواع ترشیجات بسیار خوشمزه است. در این ترشی از هویج، بادمجان، موسیر، خیار، رب انار ترش، سیر، کرفس، گل کلم، فلفل سبز تند، گوجه فرنگی، سیب ترشی، تمر هندی، ادویه مخصوص ترشی و سبزیجات معطر استفاده می شود. این ترشی به خاطر طعم تند و تیزی که ترشی های ناحیه جنوبی کشورمان دارند، به ترشی بندری معروف است. این ترشی ها علاوه بر تندی، طعم خاص و بی نظیری نیز دارند که به خاطر سبزیجات معطر، تمر هندی و رب اناری است که در ترشی های دیگر کمتر از آنها استفاده می شود.
