این برنج را به اصطلاح دوباره کشت هم می گویند. کاشت این برنج ها بعد از برداشت محصولات کاشت اول بوده و بهره برداری از آن در فصل پاییز و ماه آبان می باشد. مراحل نگهداری این برنج همانند برنج کشت مرتبه اول است فقط با این تفاوت که در زمان تهیه و آماده سازی خزانه نیاز به گرم داشتن بذر نیست زیرا در آن زمان آفتاب مناسب تابستان برای رشد و نمو بذر ها وجود دارد. به همین علت خرید آن به علت طعم و عطر بهتر آن بیشتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است.
