Animal oil, which is also known as Kermanshahi oil or yellow oil in Iran, is an animal and edible product that is made from cow or sheep milk in the middle of spring and autumn. This oil is made in different regions of Iran, but the best and most desirable type is made in Kermanshah, which has a pleasant taste and smell and high nutritional value.
